In short

We only collect the name and phone number you enter in the form, and solely to call you and arrange the demonstration. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.

Through this website's forms we only collect the data you enter voluntarily:

  • Name.
  • Phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Municipality.
  • Type of interest (home or business use; on the distributor form, which option interests you).

We do not collect special categories of data. We do not ask for or need information about your health, and we ask you not to include it in any free-text fields.

3. What we use your data for and the legal basis

PurposeTo contact you to arrange a free demonstration or respond to your information request.
Legal basisYour express consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention periodWe keep the data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

We do not use your data to send you mass commercial communications unless you give us additional, specific consent for that. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles using your data.

4. Who else has access to your data

To manage contacts and appointments we use technology providers acting as data processors, under a processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR:

  • Web hosting provider, to serve this page.
  • Contact management platform (CRM), where your request is logged so we can follow up.
  • Email service, to communicate with you.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, international transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision, as applicable. You can request an up-to-date list of providers by emailing us.

Outside these cases, we do not share your data with third parties or sell it for advertising purposes.

5. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time by writing to info@aguaalcalinacanarias.es, stating which right you want to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity:

  • Access: find out what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete it.
  • Objection: object to our processing of it.
  • Restriction: ask us to restrict its use.
  • Portability: receive it in a structured format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We will respond within a maximum of one month. If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

7. Minors

This site is not aimed at minors under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover we have registered a minor's data without guardian consent, we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to how the site works. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
